ทีม Design ที่ Skooldio คือทีมที่เต็มไปด้วยสกิลคราฟท์งาน เน้นงานละเอียดและการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ ลักษณะงานมีฝ่ายแบ่งย่อยครอบคลุมทั้งงาน UX/UI, Content Graphic และ VDO Production เพื่อทำให้เกิดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับคนแต่ละกลุ่ม

  • User Research / User Test เน้นทำความเข้าใจและหาความต้องการของ User เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า Digital Product ที่เราสร้างขึ้นมาตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริงๆ หลากรูปแบบ ตั้งแต่ Interview, Survey และ Usability Test เป็นต้น
  • UX/UI Design งานตามขั้นตอนออกแบบตั้งแต่ Ideation, Wireframe จนถึง Design System ในฝั่ง UI มีการทำงานแบบใกล้ชิดกับทีม Developer โดยยึดหลักแบบ Agile
  • Content Graphic ทำ Content สนุกๆ เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Digital Transformation ในแง่มุมต่างๆ สื่อการเรียนการสอน และส่งเสริมการขาย
  • VDO Production วางแผนการถ่ายทำคอร์ส ตัดต่อเนื้อหา เพื่อให้เกิดประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดในการเรียนการสอน

the Design and UX Team

UX/UI Designer

  • ออกแบบและพัฒนา Mobile/Web application โดยลักษณะงานส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในสาย Edtech (Education Technology)
  • ทำ User research, User Interview เพื่อเก็บความต้องการของผู้ใช้มาวิเคราะห์เพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบ
  • ออกแบบ Wireframe, Clickable prototype จัดทำ Usability Test
  • หากมีประสบการณ์การทำ Design System จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีพื้นฐานด้าน Graphic design
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Design, Software Engineer และ Product Manager
  • โปรแกรมหลักที่ใช้คือ Figma, Webflow

Roles and Responsibility

Qualifications

  • มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบ web/mobile application 2-5 ปีขึ้นไป
  • สนใจงานด้านการศึกษาหรือการพัฒนาคนเชื่อว่า Design ที่ดีทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ที่ดีและสนุกสนาน
  • เรียนรู้ได้เร็วติดตามและทดลองเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
  • มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและสื่อสารได้ดี
  • Self-driven ชอบคิดริเริ่มสิ่งใหม่ๆ

  • พัฒนา SEO ของคอร์สออนไลน์ และเวิร์กชอปผ่านการเขียน Blogเ
  • สริมสร้าง Branding ของบริษัทผ่าน Content ทั้งในรูปแบบ Post / Blog / Video

Qualifications

  • มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และชื่นชอบในการพัฒนาการศึกษาด้านเทคโนโลยี
  • สามารถทำ Keywords Research ผ่านโปรแกรมต่างๆเช่น Google Trends / Ubersuggest
  • เข้าใจ และสามารถคิดต่อยอดจากวิชาต่างๆ ในคอร์สเรียนออนไลน์หรือเวิร์กชอปของ Skooldio
  • มีพื้นฐานการใช้ Social Media ต่างๆ เช่น Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Linkedin เป็นอย่างดี
  • อยากทำให้คนเข้าถึงการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ ผ่านการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์การศึกษาที่คุณภาพคุ้มราคา
  • กระหายความรู้ ชอบอ่าน ชอบฟัง
